Compressor Sales Engineer

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities by generating leads, visits, networking, and attending
industry-related events.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers,
explaining product features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions based on their operational
requirements.
• Serve as the technical expert during client meetings to advise on the appropriate air
compressor systems and configurations.
• Collaborate with customers to solve technical challenges and optimize performance of air
compressor installations.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates and system design
suggestions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
• Ensure the timely delivery and installation of equipment, working closely with logistics and
technical teams.
• Collaborate with the service department to coordinate maintenance and service
requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in
the air compressor field.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competition, and market trends to
help shape the product o????ering and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in sales and/or application engineering in air compressors or a related
industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of air compressors, compressed air systems, and associated
equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently or in a team
environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and site inspections.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

UAE Driving License is a Must
