Marine Sales/Service Engineer

Job Location : Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine sector, with a focus on yachts, shipowners, and fleet operators.
• Actively secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements for engines, turbochargers, gearboxes, and oil servicing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and professional communication.
• Promote the company’s service capabilities (engine overhauls, gearbox repairs, turbocharger servicing, oil servicing, etc.) to prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and follow up to successfully close service contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper scheduling and execution of jobs.
• Negotiate terms, agreements, and pricing in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends in the marine services sector.
• Provide periodic reports and feedback to management on sales activities, opportunities, and customer requirements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience in the marine sector (yachts, ship repair, or marine services).
• Strong understanding of marine service requirements (engine and gearbox overhauls, turbochargers, oil servicing).
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to secure contracts and grow service revenue in the marine industry.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for client visits and business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering (not mandatory if strong sales background in marine).
• Prior experience working with yacht companies or marine engine service providers will be a strong advantage

UAE driving License is a must
