We are seeking an experienced Event Manager with strong expertise in event setup and production to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events with precision, creativity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the entire event setup and production process.

Manage vendor coordination, and on-site operations.

Ensure timely execution of events with high-quality standards.

Develop and manage budgets for events.

Supervise event staff and contractors.

Provide creative input for event concepts, layouts, and technical requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in event setup and production.

Preferred Civil Engineering qualification

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.

Strong communication, negotiation skills and be able to join immediately.

2) Job Title: EVENT COORDINATOR– Setup & Production (Male or Female)

We are hiring a proactive and organized Event Coordinator to join our events team in Bahrain. The role requires hands-on experience in event setup and production, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering corporate, social, and large-scale events.

Handle events including venue setup, suppliers, and production teams.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Prepare event timelines, schedules, and reports.

Monitor on-site setup, resolve operational issues, and support the Event Manager.

Maintain quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in event coordination and production.

Preferred Civil Engineering qualification

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
