We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising mechanical installations and a strong understanding of quality procedures.

Qualifications:

Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation and commissioning of:

HVAC systems

Ammonia refrigeration plants

Firefighting systems

Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)

Plumbing networks

Boilers

Compressed air systems

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems.

Proven experience in site supervision and team coordination.

Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and documentation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

7+ years in a similar supervisory role.
