Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Use Qiwa to:
Initiate and manage job offers and employment contracts.
Submit and track labor requests.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and ministry regulations.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Post job advertisements on various platforms and screen incoming applications.
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Ensure Saudization and Nitaqat compliance in hiring processes.
Coordinate with government portals (e.g., GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad) as needed.
Arabic are preferred.
