FM Technicians

Currently posting for Soft & Hard Services personnel in a luxurious high end compound in Riyadh.

1. AC Technicians - must be familiar with VRV-VRF units, cassette type, ducted split units, FCU's & AHU'S capable of trouble shooting and repairs including replacement of compressors, can perform PPM & CM as required.

2. Appliance Technicians - with knowledge of trouble shooting and repairs of domesticated home appliances- Fridge, Washing Machines, Dish Washers , Microwave Ovens, Conventional oven. must be capable of handling compound appliances installed in the facility.

3. Plumbers- Should have previous experience in a compound facility attending calls for tenants request, familiar with swimming pool operations, irrigation lines and water distribution networks. conducting preventive & corrective works for pumps, water heaters, drain lines, sewer lines, tanks.

4. Electrical Technicians- (Low Voltage) - Trouble shooting and repairs of Lighting Systems, Distribution Panels, Auto-transfer systems, Generator sets, Specialized systems, CCTV's , Audio-Video systems. FAS and panels, FM200

Applicants should have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a facility maintenance projects.
Should submit a certificate of employment from a previous Saudi Company.
Must be conversant in English & Arabic language.
