Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Food & Beverage Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. The role requires strong operational, leadership, and organisational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the Food & Beverage department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, managing staff performance, controlling inventory and costs, and fostering a positive team culture that encourages learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and guide F&B staff, ensuring professional standards of service are maintained at all times.
Conduct daily team briefings to align staff on operational goals, guest service standards, and promotions.
Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimise productivity while ensuring sufficient coverage.
Monitor, record, and report on wastage and implement strategies to minimise losses and control costs.
Maintain accurate inventory control of food, beverages, and operating supplies, ensuring stock is tracked, ordered, and used efficiently.
Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement operational procedures, promotions, and service initiatives.
Support staff development by providing training, coaching, and feedback to improve service skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth, learning, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B operations.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, turning issues into opportunities to improve service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage sector (hospitality industry preferred).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, cost control, and wastage reporting.
Ability to develop staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per operational requirements.
