*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare and cook popular Indian street foods like pani puri, sev puri, dahi puri, and aloo chat.
- Maintain hygiene standards and manage inventory.
- Innovate menu items while staying true to traditional recipes.

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Indian street food preparation.
- Knowledge of spices, ingredients, and quick-service techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Food safety certification preferred.
