We are currently building a dedicated team for the prominent "Lenovo Oasis Project" and are seeking an experienced Quality Control officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector. You will be a key member of our MEP team on the Lenovo Oasis Project in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing and controlling quality throughout the construction phase to ensure all work meets project specifications and the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily quality inspections and monitoring throughout the MEP construction process.

Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality-related documentation.

Inspect and approve incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Supervise workmanship and procedures, identifying and rectifying quality issues promptly.

Prepare and maintain quality inspection records, reports, and relevant documentation.

Liaise effectively with the construction team, subcontractors, and the client to resolve quality-related matters.

Ensure adherence to all site safety and quality management protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Experience: Must have proven experience in quality control on local Saudi Arabian industrial/factory projects, with familiarity of local construction codes and standards.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting) installation practices and quality requirements.

Personal Skills: High sense of responsibility, excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within a multinational and multicultural team environment.

Language: Basic English communication skills are required. Knowledge of basic Arabic or Chinese is a distinct advantage.

Credentials: A diploma or relevant certification in an engineering field is required.
