We are seeking an Operations Support Executive to support its growing White Collar client base. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing operational tasks, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination of staffing and outsourcing services.
Handle Saudi labor processes such as Iqama issuance/renewals, Exit Re-entry, premium residency, and related documentation.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and trackers.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process for white-collar staff.
Assist in contract coordination, payroll documentation, and compliance tasks.
Coordinate with Government Relations Officers (GROs) & HR for process completion.
