We need an experienced cook/chef for a Bukhari/Pakistani restaurant based in Riyadh with multiple branches in Alharaj and Alshaqra, and on Dammam road. Person with the below expertise can contact.
1. Expertly prepare a wide range of Pakistani curries and gravies, including Karahi, Nihari, Haleem, Biryani, Paya, and Daal.
2. Manage all kitchen stations, including the tandoor, grill, and curry section.
3. Ensure consistent taste, portion control, and presentation of all dishes.
4. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with Saudi health and safety regulations.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Cook/Chef in a Pakistani restaurant, with proven skill in both Bukhari and general Pakistani cuisine.
Deep knowledge of traditional spices, marinades, cooking techniques, and curry base preparation.
Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is a plus.
Transferable Iqama (Residency Permit) is mandatory.
Baldiya card is a plus.
