Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on construction or project sites. The Site Supervisor will ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and daily activities

Monitor progress and ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets

Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies on-site

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications

Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers

Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently

Prepare daily reports on site progress, issues, and workforce attendance

Resolve onsite conflicts and problems promptly to avoid delays
