Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related role, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in hiring, training, and motivating staff.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Inventory Management: Experience with inventory systems and tools, including stock tracking, stocktaking, and order management.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and senior management.
• Problem Solving: Ability to address operational challenges, such as inventory discrepancies, staff issues, or logistical delays, and implement effective solutions.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety protocols, particularly in relation to warehouse or store environments.
