Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE clients, ensuring high satisfaction through excellent communication and support.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and leveraging Creative Action’s services (e.g., social media, advertising, events).
• Follow-Up: Consistently follow up on leads and client inquiries to move prospects through the sales pipeline and secure deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager to support account strategies, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
• Market Research: Stay updated on UAE market trends to identify new business opportunities in sectors like retail, hospitality, or real estate, aligning with Creative Action’s offerings.
• Reporting: Track and report lead generation progress, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.
