We are looking for a female recruiter with experience in the UAE or relevant regional experience to join our HR consultancy. This role involves end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring the candidate successfully joins.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment cycle until candidate joining.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various industries.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
Keep candidate databases updated and accurate.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and UAE labour market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
