SENIOR 3D MODELER – Piping/Wastewater Treatment Projects
6+ years in 3D modelling roles, specifically in industrial, infrastructure, or water treatment environments and oil and gas.
Salary: AED 5000 -10000 – Package
Software proficiency: Autodesk Plant 3D, E3D or PDMS.
Prior experience generating isometrics, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and extracting MTOs/BOMs from models.
Demonstrated ability in clash detection and resolution (Navis works or similar).
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering teams.
Familiar with WWTP-specific components (e.g., pumps, chemical lines, pipe racks)

Responsibility
• Lead the development of detailed 3D models and 2D deliverables (Isometrics, GA drawings, BOMs/MTOs) for WWTP piping and plant infrastructure.
• Utilize Autodesk Plant 3D, E3D, or similar tools to model complex systems—pumps, tanks, pipe racks, skid-mounted units, and supports.
• Ensure clash-free designs through effective use of Navisworks or equivalent clash detection tools.
• Translate P&IDs, equipment layouts, and specifications into accurate, high-quality 3D models and drawings.
• Collaborate closely with process, mechanical, civil, and piping engineers to integrate multi-disciplinary feedback and meet project standards.
• Drive adherence to international codes (e.g., ASME B31.3) and client-specific design standards throughout all stages.
• Coach and mentor junior modellers, ensuring consistency in modelling practices and deliverables quality.
