Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies focused on logistics and supply chain services.

Identify, approach, and close business opportunities in the logistics market.

Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Leverage existing market connections to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Create and manage marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Provide regular reports on performance, targets, and market feedback to management.





Requirements

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Proven experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Strong market knowledge and established connections within the UAE logistics sector.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
