SENIOR PROPOSAL ENGINEER – Wastewater Treatment
Salary: AED 15000-17000 (depends on experience)
Industry: Water & Wastewater Treatment – Tendering, Technical Sales, and EPC Projects
BE or ME in mechanical Engineering with 12+ experience in development of complex technical and commercial proposals across industrial water projects.
Assess tenders and inquiries, formulate project-winning strategies, develop detailed designs, and support client negotiations for systems such as ETP, STP, WTP, UF/RO, MBBR, and more.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate tender requirements and inquiries for water and wastewater treatment projects, identifying key technical and commercial risks to inform strategic responses.
• Design, estimate, and prepare offers/contracts—covering systems such as ETPs, STPs, WTPs, UF/RO, pumping stations, activated sludge, and membrane-based treatment plants.
• Create mass/ionic balances, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic flow diagrams, plant layouts, and control philosophies/SOPs for process design.
• Prepare both technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and best-available technologies.
• Develop BOQs, RFQs, specifications, and vendor evaluations—including vendor GA drawings and quotation analysis.
• Support techno-commercial discussions and tender negotiations with clients, consultants, and internal sales teams.
Upon completion of 12 months, 30 days leave with vacation ticket and leave salary.
