Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimation Manager to lead and manage multi-discipline estimations for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial Projects.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Lead estimation efforts across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Pipeline scopes.
Review tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate cost estimation.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare and validate complete cost breakdowns for bids and proposals.
Ensure compliance with client (e.g. Aramco, SABIC) standards and estimation procedures.
Manage a team of estimators and ensure timely submission of tenders.
???? Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in estimation for oil & gas or industrial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi market rates, vendors, and local regulations.
Hands-on experience with estimation tools/software (Candy, CCS, Excel, etc.).
Must have transferable Iqama and be available to join immediately.
