Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with over 7 years of expertise in substation construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing a team of workers on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities at substations.(110KV - 330KV)
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and train construction crews to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
Requirements:
More than 7 years of experience in substation construction.
Valid and transferable iqama.
Willingness to relocate to various cities across Saudi Arabia.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
