We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong engineering credentials to join our team. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in infrastructure and civil works.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must
• A diploma in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, measurement, and cost estimation skills
• Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and earthworks is preferred
• Ability to prepare BOQs, take-offs, and manage cost control documentation

Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from design drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates
• Coordinate with design and project teams for accurate measurements
• Support tendering, valuation, and variation claim processes
• Utilize Civil 3D tools for cut & fill calculations and earthwork analysis
