Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process — from identifying tender opportunities to preparing, submitting, and following up on tender documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with internal departments to gather required information
• Analyze tender documents and clarify requirements
• Maintain tender records and reports
• Support contract negotiation and award processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Tender Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and procurement regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software
