Sales Engineer – Mechanical Engineering (HVAC)
Location: Riyadh ksa
Company: Cool Tera Contracting Co.

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong HVAC and Mechanical Engineering background to support our growing business in refrigeration and HVAC projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Design and propose HVACR systems tailored to client requirements.

Conduct site visits, gather technical data, and prepare customized solutions.

Perform heat load calculations and equipment selection using tools like HAP.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.

Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.

Provide technical presentations and product demos to clients.

Support project execution teams and follow up on client satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events when required.

Coordinate with the design, estimation, and procurement teams.

Monitor market developments and suggest new business opportunities.

*Key Skills and Qualifications:*

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering /Engineering-related field (HVAC specialization preferred)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration sales.

Strong technical knowledge in HVACR systems and components.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and MS Office.

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
