We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager with an engineering background to lead our Facility Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing technical teams across sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new facility maintenance projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead, manage, and support on-site technical teams
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals
Monitor operational performance and ensure service quality
Requirements:
----------------------------------------------------------
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance & operations
Proven experience in business development or project acquisition
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Valid and transferable Iqama
Valid Saudi driving license
Previous experience in any GCC country
Willing to travel anywhere within KSA
Strong leadership, marketing, and communication skills
