Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction

Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff

Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships

Maintain hygiene and quality standards in compliance with local regulations

Collaborate with chefs and marketing team for menu planning and promotional activities

Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management (Pakistani cuisine preferred)

Strong knowledge of traditional and modern dining trends

Leadership and team-building skills with a customer-first mindset

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Passion for hospitality and culinary culture
