Procurement Engineer

BroadCo is a leading steel fabrication and erection company based in Al Khobar, specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of steel structures including PEB buildings, car parking shades, shelters, stairs, handrails, temporary fence and industrial steel works. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for steel materials and fabrication components
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers
• Manage procurement activities through ERP system
• Ensure timely sourcing of materials as per project requirements
• Analyze material specifications and ensure compliance with technical standards
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in raw materials
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for material planning
• Handle procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
• Participate in vendor evaluation and performance review processes

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement in steel industry
• Should have a transferable Iqama.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Should be residing in Saudi Arabia and available for a face-to-face interview.
• Good understanding of steel grades, fabrication materials, and related products
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Saudi/local market and supplier network
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
