What You'll Do:

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:

Leading and managing all aspects of inbound and outbound warehouse activities.

Ensuring strict adherence to 3PL SOPs and SLAs, maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Optimizing the use of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and streamline workflows.

Overseeing and improving B2B fulfillment services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our clients.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain a safe working environment.

Mentoring, training, and developing a high-performing warehouse team.



What We're Looking For:

Strong experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, particularly within a 3PL logistics environment.

In-depth knowledge of 3PL SOPs and SLAs is essential.

Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

Proven experience in managing B2B fulfillment services.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
