Production Shop Floor Manager – Steel Industry | Riyadh

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Shop Floor Manager with a strong background in steel fabrication and structural works to lead our production operations.
We prefer someone who speaks Urdu.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Supervise day-to-day operations on the shop floor
▪️ Ensure timely production and fabrication according to project specs
▪️ Manage manpower, machinery, and material planning
▪️ Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
▪️ Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, and engineering teams

Requirements:
▪️ 5+ years’ experience in steel structure or fabrication industry
▪️ Strong leadership and team management skills
▪️ Technical knowledge in welding, cutting, and fitting processes
▪️ Familiar with ISO standards and safety protocols
▪️ Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication schedules
