Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing construction materials for real estate development projects. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market research ability, and a solid understanding of the construction materials supply chain within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure construction materials according to project specifications, timelines, and budget.

Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.

Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and warehouse teams to align procurement with site needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and supply partners.

Monitor material availability, lead times, and cost trends in the local and regional market.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.

Maintain procurement records and documentation for audit and compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier networks, and pricing in Saudi Arabia.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP).

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working on real estate or construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Understanding of local regulations and procurement procedures.

Knowledge of Arabic is necessary.
