1 . Precast Cost Control Engineer

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We’re looking for an experienced Cost Control Engineer to manage and optimize costs across all phases of precast concrete projects — from production to erection.

Responsibilities (Brief):

* Track actual vs. estimated costs
* Assess cost impacts (delays, idle time, recasting, etc.)
* Monitor budget vs. project progress
* Support tender pricing & value engineering
* Generate cost reports for management

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
* 5–10 years in cost engineering (min. 2 years in a similar role)
* Proficient in MS Excel, Primavera, ERP & cost tools
* Strong understanding of precast processes
