CCTV Technician Job Description
Position Summary:
The CCTV Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing closed-circuit television systems and related security systems to ensure continuous surveillance and protection of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure CCTV systems including cameras, monitors, recording equipment (DVR/NVR), and cabling.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Test and evaluate new products and systems.
• Understand and follow technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Upgrade software and firmware in CCTV equipment as needed.
• Ensure all security systems meet applicable codes and standards.
• Document installations, inspections, and service calls.
• Collaborate with security teams and other technicians.
• Provide training to users on system operations and procedures.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus (e.g., CCTV, electronics, low voltage).
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of IP-based camera systems and networking basics.
• Familiarity with power tools, electrical wiring, and mounting hardware.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary:
The Network Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks, including hardware, software, and related infrastructure, ensuring optimal network performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Support LAN, WAN, and internet systems.
• Provide technical support for users experiencing network issues.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls and antivirus protection.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and protocols.
• Perform routine network maintenance and software updates.
• Collaborate with IT teams on network design and implementation projects.
Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in network installation and support.
