Precast Erection In Charge / Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a experienced and dedicated Precast Erection Incharge / Engineer to oversee and manage the precast concrete erection activities for a large-scale housing project in Jubail. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of precast erection works, adhering to safety, quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all precast erection activities on-site.
Plan and organize daily erection schedules in coordination with the project timeline.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
Manage erection crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review erection drawings and ensure proper installation procedures.
Resolve on-site issues related to precast installation.
Monitor progress and prepare reports for project management.
Ensure all erection activities are carried out in accordance with approved methods and standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in precast concrete erection for large construction projects.
Strong knowledge of precast installation techniques and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities efficiently.
Familiarity with project management and scheduling software.
