HR Specialist - Saudi National

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team in Dammam. This role is crucial in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of local HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Facilitate new employee orientation and integration into the company culture.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with all relevant governmental regulations, including GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa.
Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

Saudi National (Required).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 of proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and best HR practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
