We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support to join our team in the KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, ensuring optimal performance of the company's IT systems, and delivering exceptional service to end-users. This role encompasses hardware and software troubleshooting, IT asset management, and user assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Track, resolve, or dispatch all issues in our ticketing system (ManageEngine ServiceDesk).
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT services.
• Support remote users and troubleshoot remotely.
• Maintain detailed records of IT issues, resolutions, and system configurations
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting. .
