About Us:
We are a rapidly growing steel manufacturing company based in Dammam, looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Manager to lead our technical and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales and project opportunities in electrical materials and systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
Track market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical materials or project sector
Deep understanding of the Eastern Region market (especially Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Hofuf, etc.) is a must
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Arabic language is an advantage
Valid Saudi Iqama is required
