Job Summary:
The Oracle HCM EBS Technical Consultant will be responsible for the technical implementation, customization, and support of Oracle EBS HCM applications. This role requires strong technical skills in Oracle technologies and a good understanding of HCM processes.
Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service HR.
•Create and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions using tools such as Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and SQL.
•Develop and manage PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support business requirements.
•Perform system integrations between Oracle EBS HCM and other applications.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS HCM applications.
•Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
•Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle EBS HCM.
•Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools.
•Experience with Oracle EBS HCM modules and their technical architecture.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Oracle EBS HCM certification.
•Experience with Oracle Workflow and Oracle Forms.
•Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
