Site Engineer/Manager For Steel/Aluminum Manufacturing.

A newly established company in Riyadh suburb with many production objectives. First of all, to produce all kind of steels fabricated products such as doors, windows, ladders…etc. Second, import many products like wooden products and others. Third, to produce all kinds of aluminum fabricated products.

Thus, looking for dynamically qualified experts to do the following:

1. To help in setting all requirements to produce and trade in the above-mentioned products.
2. To select/order the required machines/tools for the plants
3. To set up the manpower requirements to produce the above
4. To establish the required SOPs for the plants to ensure safe operations.
5. To help in plants layout to accommodate all machines.
6. To select the required materials for production.
7. To introduce new products to the markets.

Required Skills and experience:

1. **Structural Adjustments.** Modify steel/aluminum components such as beams, columns, and frames to fit design specifications.
2. **Cutting & Welding:** Use cutting tools and welding techniques to reshape or reinforce steel structures.
3. **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret technical drawings to execute modifications accurately.
4. **Installation & Assembly:** Adjust and install steel reinforcements in buildings, bridges, or industrial structures.
5. **Safety Compliance:** Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
6. **Inspection & Maintenance:** Assess steel structures for wear and tear, making necessary repairs or improvement.

Qualifications required.
- Experience in steel and aluminum fabrication or construction.
- Proficiency in welding, bolting, and cutting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Physical fitness for handling heavy materials and working in challenging environments

Education:
Min BS. in mechanical engineering or equivalent field with 5-10 years experience.
