We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production and Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the cable manufacturing industry!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
✅ Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met
✅ Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and waste reduction
✅ Lead quality control inspections, tests, and documentation
✅ Identify and address production or quality issues promptly
✅ Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to implement process improvements
✅ Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety procedures
✅ Maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO, etc.) and customer requirements

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
✔ 3–6 years of experience in production or quality supervision, preferably in cable or wire manufacturing
✔ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality systems
✔ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
✔ Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
✔ Effective communication and team management abilities
✔ Proficient in using ERP systems and quality management tools
