CRANE TECHNICIAN

Iqama Transfer Required for below mentioned position of EOT Crane Technician.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
An EOT Crane Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of overhead cranes and related equipment. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes used in various industrial settings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly inspect cranes for wear and tear, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and issues in cranes.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime.

EXPERIENCE:
• 5 Years Previous experience in crane maintenance and repair is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in crane operation and maintenance may be required.

SKILLS:
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills for reporting and documentation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Industrial settings such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, and construction sites.
• May involve travel to different locations for on-site repairs and maintenance.
