مُصدر (Exporter)
المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التصدير والتجارة الدولية.

إلمام تام بإجراءات التصدير بما في ذلك الوثائق والشحنات والجمارك.

قدرة على التفاوض مع الموردين والعملاء الدوليين.

مهارات تنظيم عالية مع القدرة على إدارة العمليات اللوجستية.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

معرفة بالقوانين والأنظمة الخاصة بالتصدير في السوق المحلي والدولي.

المهام الرئيسية:

إعداد وتنظيم وثائق التصدير والتأكد من مطابقتها للمتطلبات القانونية.

التنسيق مع الشحنات الدولية وضمان تسليم البضائع في الوقت المحدد.

التعامل مع العملاء والموردين الدوليين وضمان سير العمليات التجارية بسلاسة.

مراقبة تكاليف الشحن والجمارك وضمان الحفاظ على التكاليف ضمن الميزانية.

Job Announcement - Exporter

A contracting company in Makkah Al-Awali District is announcing a job vacancy for the position of:

Exporter
Requirements:

At least two years of experience in export and international trade.

Comprehensive knowledge of export procedures, including documentation, shipments, and customs.

Ability to negotiate with international suppliers and customers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics operations.

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Knowledge of export laws and regulations in the local and international markets.

Main Responsibilities:

Preparing and organizing export documents and ensuring they comply with legal requirements.

Coordinating with international shipments and ensuring on-time delivery of goods.

Dealing with international customers and suppliers and ensuring smooth business operations.

Monitoring shipping and customs costs and ensuring costs are kept within budget.
