مستلم (Receiver)
المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال الاستلام والمراجعة للمواد والمعدات.

القدرة على التحقق من جودة وكميات المواد المستلمة وضمان مطابقتها للطلبات.

معرفة بإجراءات الفحص والتوثيق لمواد التوريد في المواقع.

مهارات تنظيم ومتابعة لضمان سير العمل بشكل مرتب.

القدرة على التعامل مع الموردين والفرق الداخلية لحل أي مشكلات تتعلق بالمواد.

إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي لإعداد تقارير الاستلام والمراجعة.

المهام الرئيسية:

استلام المواد والمعدات في الموقع ومراجعة الكميات والمواصفات.

توثيق المواد المستلمة في سجلات الشركة وإعداد التقارير.

التنسيق مع فرق العمل لضمان توزيع المواد بشكل صحيح في المشاريع.

متابعة حالة المخزون وتقديم تقارير دورية عن المواد المستلمة.

Receiver
Requirements:

At least one year of experience in receiving and reviewing materials and equipment.

Ability to verify the quality and quantities of received materials and ensure they conform to orders.

Knowledge of on-site inspection and documentation procedures for supplied materials.

Organizational and follow-up skills to ensure an orderly workflow.

Ability to work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any material-related issues.

Proficient in using computer programs to prepare receiving and review reports.

Main Duties:

Receive materials and equipment on-site and review quantities and specifications.

Document received materials in company records and prepare reports.

Coordinate with work teams to ensure proper distribution of materials to projects.

Monitor inventory status and provide periodic reports on received materials.
