تعلن شركة مقاولات كبرى في مكة المكرمة – حي العوالي عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى:

محاسب مستخلصات (خبرة في أعمال العقد الموحد)
المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة خاصة في أعمال العقد الموحد.

معرفة تامة بكيفية إعداد المستخلصات المالية بناءً على بنود العقد الموحد.

القدرة على مراجعة وحساب الكميات المستحقة وفقًا للعقود والشروط المتفق عليها.

إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة والتطبيقات المالية (مثل Excel وبرامج محاسبية أخرى).

شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها.

إلمام بكافة الإجراءات المالية والمحاسبية المتعلقة بالعقود والمشاريع الهندسية.

القدرة على التعامل مع الموردين والمقاولين ومراجعة الفواتير المستلمة.

المهام الرئيسية:

إعداد المستخلصات المالية بناءً على بنود عقد المقاولة الموحد.

متابعة المستحقات المالية للمقاولين والموردين وضمان تطابق المستخلصات مع العمل المنجز.

التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لتأكيد الكميات والأعمال المنجزة.

إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول حالة المستخلصات وأداء المشاريع.

التأكد من الامتثال للعقود والأنظمة المالية الخاصة بالشركة.

Job Announcement - Accountant (Experience in Standard Contract Work)

A contracting company in Makkah Al-Awali District is announcing a vacancy for the position of:

Accountant (Experience in Standard Contract Work)
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in standard contract work.

Comprehensive knowledge of preparing financial statements based on the terms of the standard contract.

Ability to review and calculate the amounts due according to the agreed-upon contracts and terms.

Proficiency in using accounting software and financial applications (such as Excel and other accounting programs).

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.

Familiarity with all financial and accounting procedures related to contracts and engineering projects.

Ability to deal with suppliers and contractors and review received invoices.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements based on the terms of the standard contracting contract.

Follow up on financial dues to contractors and suppliers and ensure that statements match the work performed.

Coordinate with various departments to confirm quantities and completed work.

Prepare periodic reports for senior management on the status of invoices and project performance.

Ensure compliance with company contracts and financial regulations.
