Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Coordinate with various departments to understand hiring needs.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met.
Maintain an updated candidate database.
Provide support to new hires during the onboarding process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and modern techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
