Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Documentation Specialist to manage and prepare all documentation related to the export of goods in compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in export documentation and strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process export documentation in accordance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
Verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and relevant global trade laws.
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and correspondence.
Resolve documentation issues or discrepancies in coordination with other departments.
Liaise with customers and stakeholders to provide shipment updates and required documents.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in export documentation, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and export procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Local candidates with transferable Iqama are preferred.
