Monthly Salary Package: 2,500 SAR

If company accommodation is used → 300 SAR will be deducted per month

???? Contract Details:
Duration: One-year renewable contract

Vacation Policy:

After completing one year → 21 days of paid vacation (air ticket not included)

After completing two years → Paid vacation with air ticket included

???????? Kafala (Sponsorship):
Company pays up to 2,000 SAR towards kafala fees

Any additional amount to be paid by the employee

???? Monthly Performance Bonus Structure:
✅ Complete 505 orders in a month → 1,000 SAR bonus

➕ Each order above 505 → 12 SAR extra per order

⚠️ Important Note:
If a rider completes less than 451 orders, a 15 SAR deduction per missing order will be applied
(Example: 440 orders completed = 15 orders short = 15 x 15 = 225 SAR deduction)
