Ramz United is seeking a proactive and organized Coordinator to manage recruitment activities, client accounts, and candidate database operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in sourcing talent, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth manpower delivery for ongoing projects in KSA.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Sourcing
Source and screen candidates through job portals, internal databases, and networking.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain a structured candidate pipeline for current and future manpower needs.
Account & Client Management
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Regularly update clients on recruitment status and project progress.
Database & Documentation
Maintain and update the internal recruitment database (CVs, status, documents).
Ensure accurate documentation for deployed candidates (contracts, IDs, medicals, etc.).
Track candidate availability, deployment status, and feedback.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate weekly/monthly recruitment and client reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Admin) for smooth onboarding and mobilization.
Handle queries and provide timely resolutions to both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manpower or consultancy industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Must be currently based in Jubail, KSA.
