HSE Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
Develop and implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide training and educational programs to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
Maintain records of health, safety, and environmental incidents, inspections, and corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders on health, safety, and environmental matters.
Stay informed about changes in health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, and ensure compliance.
Develop emergency response plans and procedures for various scenarios, including fires, chemical spills, and medical emergencies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
Lead and support safety committees or teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., Certified Safety Professional - CSP, NEBOSH) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications related to health, safety, and environmental management.
Leadership and managerial experience may be required for senior positions.
15 Plus Years of Experience
Aramco Approval Must
Previous Experience in Water Treatment & Desalination Plant.
