Property Manager - With Minimum 6 Years Experienced (Local Transfer Only)

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Coordinate move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their space.
• Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc.
• Coordinate with the maintenance staff for services and repairs to property to meet standards.
• Ability to communicate a positive, effectively with the property owners, vendors, and tenants.
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills for handling conflict resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and visitations with tenants.
• Coordinate / Assist with Rent Department for the preparation of rent commencement letters, delivery notices, etc., for new tenants and renewal.
• Maintain a schedule of service contracts by property.
• Maintain and update a list of preferred vendors in each trade.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports for all the Properties
• Coordinate collection efforts of accounts receivable and operating expenses. This will include the preparation of past due statements and correspondence with delinquent tenants.
• Review annual expense reconciliations and handle correspondence with tenants.
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Supervise / Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
• Maintain confidentiality of information from inside the company
• Other jobs related to Property Management & duties assigned by the Management.
