Required Experienced Accounts Receivable

Bahrain based Reinforcement Steel Fabricators/Manufacturers company is looking for the following position:

Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

 Manage the daily account receivable operations and collection of business units

 Review Credit Facility of customer and maintain proper record

 Monitor accounts receivable balances

 Contact Customer regarding overdue accounts

 Send Statement to customer with outstanding balances

 Track and resolve outstanding payment issues

 Review credit memos and other adjustment posted to receivable accounts

 Timely submission of sales invoices

 Manage proper Customer data in System and excel

 Manage customer Credit terms as per management approval

 Recording Cash/Cheque/ Bank Transfer entries in the system

 Weekly & Monthly A/R aging reporting with customer accounts status and collection notes.

 Required excel competency

 Required email etiquette


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
