Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Secretary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the management team.
2. Drafting and typing memos, emails, and correspondence.
3. Document Controller (How to segregate the file and put it on proper filing.)
4. Responsible for receiving, circulating, and recording all incoming and outgoing letters, and emails.
5. Ensuring quality formats are being used adequately.
6. Maintain documentation for easy traceability and proper filing (soft and hard copy).
7. Prepare the Transmittal of payment and submit it to the Main Office
8. Handling and monitoring of Petty Cash and Management Expenses
9. Receiving incoming calls.
10 Sending emails, correspondence, and related documents
11. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
12. Make travel arrangements
13. Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, and others as needed
14. Handle maintenance activities for the building.

4. Proficiency in MS Office
